Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on firm services and solutions.
- Aid in account-related requests, including transactions, maintenance, and online access, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage client onboarding by collecting documentation, assessing risk profiles, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare reports and meeting materials, monitor account alerts, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Collaborate with financial advisors on business plans, marketing initiatives, and client engagement strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting, and actively participate in training and firm initiatives to stay current on policies and platforms.
Requirements
- Ability to go in office M-F
- 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams as a Client Service Associate
- Active Series 7 and/or 66 preferred or (must be obtained within a year of employment)
- Preferences: Financial Planning Background, Experience in Wealth Management or Advisory Support, CRM and Technology Proficiency, Strong Organizational Skills, Excellent Communication Skills
Pay
Pay Range: $23.52-$39.17/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
