About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you will control our client experience. You will report to the Head of Office.
- Oversee the client onboarding process from start to finish, including preparation of documentation establishing accounts, funding, and getting clients invested
- Proactively reach out to clients to share team services, including their digital experience
- Use CRM platform to document milestones in clients’ lives
- Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure the client’s needs are represented
- Ensure both clients and the team are protected by observing the practice’s compliance policies
- Support Advisors with operational tasks
Requirements
- Ability to anticipate challenges and address them
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a day and set expectations with others
- Strong interpersonal skills: relationship builder; curiosity about people and their behaviors
- Innate desire to be a problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Work experience in Financial Services desired, but not required
- FINRA Securities licenses desired, but not required
