Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for members of the team
Issue checks and transfer funds for clients between accounts and outside UBS
Print and mail account statements and other account documents for clients on request
Educate clients on UBS services and account features
Gather and process information needed for account opening and maintenance
Greet clients and prospects and welcome them into the office when they arrive
Prepare documents, presentations and other materials for client and prospect meetings
Proactively engage with clients and visitors to anticipate their needs in the spirit of providing exemplary customer service

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in client service
Series 7 and 66 licenses (or commitment to earning them shortly after hire)
Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and drive to succeed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and detail oriented environment
Commitment to learning and self-development

Benefits

Indicative gross base salary range: United States - Ohio - Cincinnati min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
