Responsibilities
- Coordinate the workflow by helping the team check incoming requests for completeness.
- Review and route work to the correct next step in the workflow.
- Maintain the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
- Organize recurring work by owner and status to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Ensure remote execution leaves workflow control accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
