About the role
Your Future Team Hightower Westchester is a fast-paced, thriving financial advisory practice based in Harrison, New York. We are a client-centric team that provides a holistic approach to wealth management. We're searching for a director of operations and client service who naturally has a “do what it takes” attitude to support a seasoned team while providing a quality experience our clients have come to expect. You will report to the Managing Directors.
Responsibilities
- Timely, consistent, and accurate completion of operational tasks, activities and workflows including account services and transaction processing
- Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure our client's needs are met while following compliance standards
- Ensure the prospect and client experience is performed as designed by managing and following the prospect and client timelines, and completing multi-step tasks
- Work with our custodian (Fidelity) to open accounts, obtain account information and complete service requests
- Prepare subscription documents for alternative investments
- Document and update contact information, status updates, and other important information within the CRM database. (Salesforce)
- First contact for clients and visitors in the office and by phone demonstrating high levels of meaningful engagement
- Schedule meetings and travel
- Light office management including using Concur (expense management), resolving vendor and IT issues, ordering office supplies
- Opportunity to learn different functions within the practice by supporting multiple roles
- Assist Marketing with client events and client gifts
- Aid the team in operational, administrative, and marketing functions

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook competency with an emphasis on Excel
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Process-driven tasking and follow up skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner
- 3 or more years of experience with Financial Services and/or Client Service
- Series 65 license (if not licensed, must be achieved within 6 months of hire)

Pay
Annual base salary range of $85,000-$95,000 based on qualifications and experience
