Client Service Analyst 3
What You'll Do
- Work on client relationships and deliver excellent client service.
- Manage a book of clients handling Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities.
- Execute day-to-day operations and report to clients.
- Set up payment calculations in various in-house systems.
- Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams for correct payments.
- Perform quality control reviews of reports.
- Perform portfolio compliance tests on selected deals.
- Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
- Deliver excellent service to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business.
- Participate in new client proposals.
- Make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers.
- Read and interpret trust indentures regarding reporting requirements.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
- A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Compensation
Hourly range for new hires is generally $39.92 - $49.32 for Maryland.
