Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage a personal client base as a private wealth manager, providing financial planning using E.A. Buck’s EPIC process.
- Support assigned financial advisors by preparing and processing new business applications and client service forms.
- Maintain and update client information in Salesforce and other planning tools.
- Prepare client review summaries and assist in coordinating client meetings.
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to emails and calls and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Learn and stay current on EPIC planning tools, financial products, and best practices.
- Track business processing and follow through on outstanding requirements with broker-dealers or vendors.
- Participate in internal team meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of financial services experience preferred.
- Must hold (or be able to obtain) FINRA Series 65 or 7/66, and Life & Health licenses.
- CFP certification preferred.
- Highly organized, analytical, self-motivated, and client-service oriented.
- Strong interpersonal communication and advanced computer skills.
