Client Service Advisor

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal client base as a private wealth manager, providing financial planning using E.A. Buck’s EPIC process.
  • Support assigned financial advisors by preparing and processing new business applications and client service forms.
  • Maintain and update client information in Salesforce and other planning tools.
  • Prepare client review summaries and assist in coordinating client meetings.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to emails and calls and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
  • Learn and stay current on EPIC planning tools, financial products, and best practices.
  • Track business processing and follow through on outstanding requirements with broker-dealers or vendors.
  • Participate in internal team meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of financial services experience preferred.
  • Must hold (or be able to obtain) FINRA Series 65 or 7/66, and Life & Health licenses.
  • CFP certification preferred.
  • Highly organized, analytical, self-motivated, and client-service oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and advanced computer skills.
