Position: Client Service AdministratorFirm: The Corban GroupLocation: Anaheim, CA Overview: The Corban Group is a fast-growing financial planning firm in Anaheim, CA, committed to delivering an outstanding client experience from the very first interaction. We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Client Service Administrator to support administrative, client service, and operational workflows. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in client service and administrative support who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and client-focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting ongoing client needs while ensuring account-related processes are handled accurately and efficiently. Clear communication with clients and teammates, along with a passion for enhancing the client experience, are essential for success in this position. What You’ll Do: Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm mannerSchedule and confirm appointments with clients and assist with calendar managementOffer beverages and hospitality to clients and guestsCultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive engagement and business developmentPrepare onboarding paperwork and documentation for new client relationshipsMaintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system (Redtail)Transaction processingHandle document management including scanning, copying, secure uploads and emailsMaintain office filing system, both paper and electronicPlan and execute client events, educational workshops and seminarsAssist with additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the team and maintain a high standard of service What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree3+ years’ administrative or client service experienceBrings a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the workplaceDemonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systemsSelf-starter who takes initiative and works well independentlyExcellent communication; written and verbal, professional and well spokenCollaborative team player willing to assist othersDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasksExhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySkilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance What You’ll Get: Pay & Perks: $65k - $80k/year based on experience401(k)PTO Schedule: In office: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pmOccasional evenings required for client events Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
