Client Sales Representative

About the role

Fastmore Logistics is a growing freight forwarding and logistics organization within the Echo Global Logistics ecosystem. Supported by Echo but operating with its own leadership team, sales structure, and day-to-day operations, Fastmore offers employees the stability of a large logistics company and the energy of a smaller, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage new client relationships
• Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be customer-focused and goal-oriented
• Manage the full sales cycle, including account management, invoicing, and shipment tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Resilient in a competitive environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work independently and on a team

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or related field preferred
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in Salesforce

Pay

$55,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission

Work Environment/Physical Demands

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
