Responsibilities

• Educate clients on available programs and services to help them reach their goals.
• Guide clients through the steps to begin their programs and ensure they understand the process.
• Answer questions and provide clear explanations about the benefits of starting a program.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information simply.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and client inquiries in a busy environment.
• A detail-oriented approach to ensuring clients have all necessary information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education preferred.
• Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
