Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for all 1-800Accountant clients that are requesting to cancel their services.
- Address client requests to cancel or alter their subscription to ensure clients can continue working with the company.
- Overall objective to retain client while providing a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Effectively negotiate retention options (approved by management) with the client to prevent cancellation.
- Resolution may involve investigation into client’s support history or needs analysis based on customer business needs.
- Attend monthly meetings to deliver data trends and key learnings on why clients are leaving or terminating their subscriptions with 1-800Accountant.
- Utilize Company Technology and Resources without challenge.
- Use Salesforce to detail client interactions.
- Consistently receive positive surveys from clients that you’ve attempted to save.
