About the role
Every day, you'll meet with local business owners, help them reduce their energy costs, and build long-term customer relationships that can continue generating income through future renewals.
Responsibilities
- Connect with your team, prepare for the day ahead, and follow up with existing customer accounts before heading into your assigned territory.
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
- Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs and recommend energy supplier options based on each customer's needs.
- Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
- Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
- Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills

Uncapped commission opportunities. Ideal for Client Retention Representatives who benefit from consistent income while building momentum. Commission-Only: Maximum earning potential with uncapped commissions and residual income. Recommended for experienced professionals who are ready to hit the ground running. Typical first-year earnings range from $55,000-$90,000, with many Client Retention Representatives earning around $70,000 during their first year.
