Client Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities
- Client Reporting product management: Build and maintain client reporting templates and portal views. Drive the Client Reporting offering roadmap in partnership with Advisory, Family Office, Investments, Compliance, and Enterprise Platforms.
- Client Reporting servicing: Execute monthly and quarterly client reporting process cycles. Provide client reporting support to Wealth Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
- Client Reporting data management: Operate reporting data workflows and feeds underlying client reports in partnership with the Platform and Data Ops team. Monitor critical elements such as security master, allocations, and performance returns.
- Quality Assurance: Perform data and reporting quality control to ensure reporting and data integrity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client or investment portfolio/performance reporting.
- Experience in wealth management, asset management, or investments-related data or reporting role.
Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Addepar or similar portfolio reporting system.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $70,400–$100,000. This range reflects factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Schedule
This position requires working onsite 4 days per week.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
