About the role

As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) at Schwab, you will play a critical role in the operational success of a local Schwab branch. Your responsibilities will be guided by your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, who you will assist to deliver an unparalleled client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with brokerage regulations
• Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the organization
• Support the development of new employees and colleagues

Requirements

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
• Preferred: Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
• May be asked to become a Notary
