Position Summary

Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner
  • Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation
  • Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication
  • Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample
  • Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems
  • Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary
  • Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; We perform other tasks as needed across departments

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience 1-2 years

Additional preferences:

  • Experience working in a laboratory setting

Additional Information

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Position is full-time Monday - Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
  • Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Atlanta, GA are encouraged to apply
