Daily Responsibilities
- Execute client account requests and communicate timing expectations to the advisory team
- Prepare, submit, and track documents with custodians including Schwab and Fidelity, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Prepare and send DocuSign envelopes and follow up with clients as needed
- Monitor the Client Services email inbox and respond to correspondence in a timely manner
- Attend monthly client meetings to better understand the context behind client requests
- Communicate workload capacity with your Team Lead and set clear expectations for completion
- Participate in weekly team huddles and quarterly retreats
- Contribute to quarterly OKR completion and updates

- A natural communicator — someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, accessible language for a wide range of audiences
