About the Opportunity

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client care by managing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, facilitating communication and education on products and services while supporting strategies for client growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly
  • Resolve client issues thoroughly to meet expectations
  • Demonstrate empathy and support in client interactions
  • Anticipate client needs to provide proactive assistance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to promote retention and growth
  • Educate clients on relevant systems, tools, and policies
  • Maintain accurate and organized client account documentation
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and related regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement business strategies
  • Utilize company resources to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in client relationship management
  • Experience in Benefits Administration preferred
  • Advanced client service orientation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress
  • Proficiency with multiple web-based programs and data management tools
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Starting pay ranges from $50,000.00 to $53,000.00 annually with additional bonus potential.
