Responsibilities
- Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact — coordinating regular touchpoints such as meetings, check-ins, and events, and responding to partner questions and requests.
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships and support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
- Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning the resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver them while balancing competing partner priorities.
- Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for both partners and internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to inform decisions.
- Agregate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to generate reports and surface insights, with excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborate with teams across the firm — including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance — to deliver a robust, well-supported platform solution and drive process improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry.
- Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000.
Schedule
Employees will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
