Major Duties

  • Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models, and evolving needs.
  • Cook up fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations, and investor services support.
  • Resolve issues, improve service delivery, and support strong client satisfaction.
  • Align service expectations, agreements, and requirements across internal teams and clients.
  • Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions.
  • Build relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision makers.
  • Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services.
  • Manage client profitability, pricing strategy, competitive awareness, and repricing.
  • Provide consulting, leadership, and technical guidance across key functional areas.
  • Solve complex business and operational issues using strong knowledge of hedge fund services and alternative investments.
  • Coordinate client training on technology platforms, tools, and service processes.
  • Manage escalations involving sensitive conversations and complex issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management, alternative investments, or consulting.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting complex institutional clients or alternative investment managers.
  • Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading, or asset servicing functions.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, projects, and service issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and strategic information clearly.
  • Sound judgment, strong decision-making skills, and high integrity.
  • Proactive, collaborative working style with a strong interest in learning, technology, and continuous improvement.
