Client Relationship Manager, Hedge Fund Services

Major Duties
- Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models, and evolving needs.
- Cook up fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations, and investor services support.
- Resolve issues, improve service delivery, and support strong client satisfaction.
- Align service expectations, agreements, and requirements across internal teams and clients.
- Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions.
- Build relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision makers.
- Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting.
- Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services.
- Manage client profitability, pricing strategy, competitive awareness, and repricing.
- Provide consulting, leadership, and technical guidance across key functional areas.
- Solve complex business and operational issues using strong knowledge of hedge fund services and alternative investments.
- Coordinate client training on technology platforms, tools, and service processes.
- Manage escalations involving sensitive conversations and complex issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management, alternative investments, or consulting.
- Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting complex institutional clients or alternative investment managers.
- Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading, or asset servicing functions.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, projects, and service issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and strategic information clearly.
- Sound judgment, strong decision-making skills, and high integrity.
- Proactive, collaborative working style with a strong interest in learning, technology, and continuous improvement.
