Position An Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role. Responsibilities Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetingsCommunicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basisTracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations teamOngoing coordination with clients’ CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet managementWorking closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio mattersExecuting the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities Qualifications 3-6 years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferredBachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferredSeries 7 and 66 licenses requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite Skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitudeDemonstrated initiative and ability to work independentlyStrong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and recognition of critical issues Disclosure Rockefeller & Co.
