Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do In This Role

• As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll come alongside our RamseyTrusted real estate agents and tax pros, helping them crush it in their businesses while staying true to the principles that make our referral programs so unique.
• You'll be their go-to guide, holding them accountable to the high standards that keep customers raving about our programs.
• And beyond your first year, this role opens the door to career advancement and significant increases in earning potential through our performance-based growth track.

What Winning Looks Like

• Lead and facilitate monthly group coaching calls
• Communicate regularly with your book of business via Zoom, phone and email
• Maintain high monthly retention of client base
• Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM
• Foster a high level of accountability with clients
• Look for ways to help providers thrive and identify opportunities to expand their impact
