Position Summary
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) supports the sales team by managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's services and solutions. This position also collaborates with other departments as needed to carry out key initiatives, align strategies with executive management's vision, and provide leadership consistent with PTL's values.
Essential Responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding and set up.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Absorb and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Work experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must drive a minimum of 5k miles annually to be eligible for Motus.
- Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
Pay and Benefits
Pay: Competitive salary and paid weekly.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment. 401k available after 30 days.
