Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer relationship management
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts to align sales strategies with organizational goals
  • Cooking sales programs and initiatives to optimize performance and achieve targets
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to assess market trends and forecast market penetration opportunities
  • Innovating and implementing creative solutions to address client needs and improve service excellence
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to foster professional growth and development
  • Promoting systemic thinking to identify and leverage strategic alliances for mutual benefit
  • Applying a strategic mindset to guide decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Facilitating external relationships to expand the organization's network and influence

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in sector, account or relationship management with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
