About the role
The role is responsible for managing the bank's digital marketing campaigns and ensuring their effectiveness through analytics and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and incorporate them into campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
