Pennsylvania Steel, a family-owned Steel Service Center in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Client Relationship Account Manager to join our growing team. We are a service-oriented company that values long-term customer relationships and strives to outperform the competition. Pennsylvania Steel has been in business since 1972 and operates 11 locations, making us one of the largest Steel Service Centers in the eastern United States.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal account coordinator for assigned accounts
• Develop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accounts
• Use consultative selling and closing skills
• Provide quotes, follow up, and enter orders into the order fulfillment system to initiate the sales/distribution process
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders with the highest level of quality and service
• Provide customers with a personalized level of service that reinforces satisfaction
• Assist other Inside Sales Representatives in developing and maintaining their assigned accounts when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in a steel service center or a similar industry
• High School graduate
• Sales experience
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent attendance and safety record
• Ability to work independently
• Team player mindset
