Client Relations & Operations Executive
About the role
Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to present available opportunities. Clearly communicate the value of UK university programmes and the comprehensive support services offered. Manage the full admissions lifecycle, including eligibility assessment, documentation guidance, and interview preparation. Handle inbound enquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective conversion. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions within the CRM system. Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets through structured outreach and consistent engagement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and regularly update client records. Assist clients with documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
