Responsibilities

• Answer phones; determine caller need, research questions, answer questions, and resolve customer problems.
• Utilize state agencies to determine filing status and report out to customers.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Education and Experience: HS/GED and 3 years customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors degree.
• Experience: 1 year prior experience in sales/customer service experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English read and write).

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
