Responsibilities

  • Proficiently navigate operations software to retrieve and manage patient information.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook applications to support operations and deliver high-level client care.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all provided products, including categories, properties, coverage, and monthly allowables, while assisting clients on the phone.
  • Understand PRISM’s scope of service and geographic areas of operation.
  • Establish rapport with patients through effective communication, ensuring positive and memorable experiences.
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Navigate Medicare, private insurance, and Medicaid patient files to make independent determinations while on calls.
  • Provide proper correspondence to internal contacts regarding patient files.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety, and compliance procedures, reporting concerns to management.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as requested by management.
  • Communicate effectively across all client contact channels: Medchat, email, text, and phone.
  • Maintain designated KPIs within workflow and daily phone focus.
