The Role
The Client Relations Associate plays a crucial part in maintaining a caring and supportive environment where patient needs are met promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Navigate current operations software to find and retrieve patient information.
- Use Microsoft Outlook applications for efficient customer service.
- Be knowledgeable about all products provided and proficiently navigate resources related to patient files.
- Establish rapport with patients through effective communication.
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Effectively navigate Medicare, private insurance, and Medicaid patient files.
- Provide proper correspondence to referring internal contacts.
- Afford assistance with administrative tasks as needed.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members to support each other’s duties.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients via Medchat, email, text, and phones.
Requirements
Proficiency in navigating current operations software and Microsoft Outlook applications is essential. Knowledge of all products and the ability to handle various insurance types are also required. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are key.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are necessary.
