Client Relations Associate
Our client is a growing financial services firm in the Oakbrook Terrace, IL area seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Client Relations Associate to join their team. This highly visible role serves as one of the first points of contact for clients, prospects, and callers, creating a warm, professional experience from the first interaction.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an initial point of contact for clients, prospects, and other callers.
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Route calls to the appropriate person or department and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist callers with questions or needs.
- Prioritize urgent calls and ensure inquiries are addressed appropriately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incoming calls, messages, and outcomes.
- Enter relevant information into the firm's CRM system.
- Retrieve and manage voicemail messages and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other general office tasks.
- Serve as a backup to the front desk by warmly greeting and directing clients, guests, and employees.
- Assist with general questions about the company's products and services.
- Provide backup support for scheduling client and prospect appointments and meetings.
- Manage calendars and communicate appointment changes or cancellations.
- Work closely with the Client Relations team and Office Manager to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a role focused on creating a strong client experience.
- Exceptional phone skills and professional communication style.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Hospitality, concierge, or client service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in person in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

Schedule
- Full-time, in-person position based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
