Client Priority Specialist I

About the role

A Client Priority Specialist uses problem‑solving skills and company guidelines to maintain client records and assist clients with updates. The role involves daily interactions with both internal and external clients and requires a positive team player with a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, great attention to detail, adaptability, excellent organization, and ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining client accounts
• Supporting website logins
• Handling general account inquiries
• Assisting internal and external clients via phone and email
• Drafting and mailing letters and notifications to clients
• Reviewing conditions supplied for applications
• Completing various projects as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
• Ability to work independently and be a self‑starter
• High school diploma or equivalent
• On‑site attendance is required
