Client Principal - AI Consulting (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Key Responsibilities

• Build market growth strategies for P&C insurers, reinsurers, and insurtechs.
• Engage C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor on AI adoption, including human-in-the-loop approaches, and align cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Own new logo acquisition, account expansion, and P/L management.
• Develop strategic account plans, manage the full commercial lifecycle (discovery through proposals), and navigate procurement and regulatory processes.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases (Claims processing, imagery analysis, NLP, underwriting data, FNOL automation).
• Lead discovery sessions, translate challenges into scalable AI solutions, and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in industry forums, demonstrate awareness of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NAIC, EU AI Act), and feed market insights into product strategy.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in consulting, technology, or AI-driven roles within insurance or financial services.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of P&C insurance (underwriting, claims, risk modeling) and existing VP+ executive networks.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage P/L and translate challenges into business value.
• Technical Fluency: Strong conceptual grasp of AI/ML concepts (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics); coding not required.
• Skills: Executive presence, strong communication, and track record of leading complex engagements.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, CS, Statistics); advanced degrees preferred.
