Client Portfolio Analyst
Job Description
Clark Capital is seeking a Client Portfolio Analyst who will engage with Clark Capital's Investment Team to understand and effectively represent the firm's investment philosophy and process. This is combined with an ability to analyze client portfolios and make determinations about how a Clark Capital portfolio could add value. The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability and creativity in order to help shape an evolving and dynamic endeavor.
Responsibilities
- Intake prospective client portfolios for review and analysis
- Direct relevant input to various analysis software to determine weaknesses and strengths
- Examine analysis reports and synthesize into incisive commentary
- Convey updates and insights about Clark Capital investments to the sales team in an ongoing and timely manner
- Engage with advisors and/or clients to address investment concerns or questions
- Due diligence questionnaire/RFP assistance
- Ensure compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures
- Maintain knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the industry
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Ability to manage challenging workflow and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation, writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate difficult portfolio concepts to diverse audiences with varying degrees of investment expertise and the ability to discern and adapt to that level of investment sophistication
- Organizational proficiency in order to manage a high volume of opportunities and tasks
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic marketplace
- Ability to problem-solve and take initiative
- Experience or aptitude for working with FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe and the ability to learn and master internal technologies and programs
- Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Economics, Bachelor’s: Finance
Education
Preferred: College degree
Work Experience
- General Experience - 13 months to 3 years
Certifications
- Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) - National Center for Housing Management (NCHM)

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
