About The Client Partner – X (Formerly Twitter)

MarketStar is seeking a Client Partner to represent X (formerly Twitter) in Ogden, UT. This role involves managing partnerships with existing advertisers, increasing their usage and advertising spend on the platform, and achieving revenue goals.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead a customer outreach process through phone calls, emails, and video conferences to build and manage external customer relationships during the onboarding process.
  • Work with existing customers to enhance their brand awareness and increase their advertising spend on the platform.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying growth opportunities to closing increased commitments with small to mid-size businesses.
  • Set up campaigns with recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies to ensure client success.
  • Track and report on the pipeline weekly, including a forecast and plan to achieve targets.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored advertising solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal MarketStar team members and external client counterparts.
  • Prepare and conduct regular performance reviews with internal MarketStar peers and leadership.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collect and share customer sentiment insights, including product feedback and industry learnings.
  • Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B digital advertising or technology environment.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Strong time management and project organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.
  • Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Able to stay motivated and proactive in work.
