Role Overview

As a Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in expanding Catalant's consulting engagements within the Private Equity segment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives at clients, including PE Managing Directors and Operating Partners, as well as C-level executives and VPs at PE portfolio companies.
  • Designing comprehensive client engagement plans that include high-value stakeholders, communication strategies, and activities to deepen the client relationship over time.
  • Engaging with clients to position Catalant as a key enabler in their strategic initiatives.
  • Developing and presenting customized consulting solutions that align with the client's strategic goals.
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential projects and tracking them through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Matching consultant resources to project needs and directly engaging with Catalant consultants for interviews and proposal development.
  • Managing summaries of Catalant work at assigned accounts to communicate the value created and ensure project success.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent (plus)
  • 8+ years of total work experience, with at least 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Experience at a management consulting firm and/or exposure to Private Equity.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A passion for helping business professionals solve complex problems.
  • The ability to thrive in a highly-entrepreneurial, dynamic, and demanding environment.

Pay & Benefits

$200,000 - $300,000 a year. The on-target earnings range includes a base salary and variable compensation, which is uncapped. Additional accelerators and stock options are offered.
