What will help you succeed

  • Enterprise Account Management: Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and strategically manage enterprise clients with a potential revenue portfolio of $50M+/year, ensuring high levels of long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • End-to-End Sales Mastery: Extensive experience managing the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, proactive business development (networking, lead generation), complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and closing high-value agreements at the decision-making level.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle executive-level interactions and deliver compelling software or business demonstrations to both technical and non-technical C-suite audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: A strong team player ready to work closely with tech, delivery leaders, and onsite/offshore development teams to mobilize internal resources, ensure smooth delivery, and exceed client expectations.
  • Strategic Growth & Up-selling: Sharp business acumen to identify, leverage, and maximize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by developing solutions tailored precisely to clients' evolving digital needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Strong analytical skills to report account activity, opportunity status, and strategic pipeline details to support high-level organizational decision-making.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the media and entertainment industry, is required. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is highly desirable.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on the media and entertainment sector. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
