About the role
Join T-Mobile as a Client Partner in Enterprise Sales and help redefine how businesses buy wireless services. You’ll create tailored sales strategies for Enterprise clients, build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (including C-level executives), and close high-value deals. This role involves generating new sales opportunities, positioning T-Mobile’s product capabilities, and managing complex contract negotiations to drive growth within your assigned account base.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client and accelerate execution with cross-functional partners.
- Grow and expand accounts by curating long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various lines of business.
- Generate and close new sales opportunities within your assigned account base, including both existing and new clients.
- Lead a world-class, differentiated client experience that encourages continued growth with T-Mobile.
- Position T-Mobile’s product capabilities to align with and enable clients’ business goals.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Required).
- 5+ years of experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees).
- 7+ years of business sales experience with a proven track record in acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 of those years must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales.

- Enterprise Sales: Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions for Enterprise clients.
- Strategic Account Planning: Demonstrated ability to contribute to account planning and execution.
- Account Management: Proven ability to manage account relationships, financial outcomes (e.g., reducing churn, adding growth accounts), and multiple sales programs.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Builds and maintains long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Prospecting: Ability to assess and prioritize potential customers based on fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Business Development: Identifies and creates new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiation: Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients.
- Communication: Adapts communication style for audiences ranging from C-level executives to entry-level support roles, both in-person and virtually.
- Building Relationships: Strong networking skills with a track record of leveraging connections for success.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Travel is required for this role.
Pay
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 - $305,800, inclusive of target incentives.
Base Pay Range: $101,700 - $183,480. Actual starting pay will vary based on work location, qualifications, and experience.

Employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
