- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and create plans for upselling and cross-selling.
- Drive joint business planning and strategic value alignment.
- Collaborate with different service practices/horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer.
- Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead large RFPs and proactive proposals.
- Collaborate with other horizontals of TCS to penetrate new areas, and drive growth in existing areas where TCS has business.
- Create managed Portfolios and Customer Relationships including Sr. Management.
- Own contracts, invoicing, and financial governance for client accounts.

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and enable global delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions.

Pay
Salary Range: $148,800 - $201,000 a year
