Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: 13+ years’ experience with 1-2 plus years in sales roles, Strong record of growing IT + BPS services in global pharma accounts. Local candidates/customer proximity, At least managed 5+ MN annual revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead large scale client business development, delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Bio Pharma.
- Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities, expanding service lines, achieving YoY revenue and margin targets.
- Build and nurture C-level client relationships (Technology & Business teams), acting as a trusted advisor to enable digital transformation and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Pay
Salary Range: $131,800- 201,300 a year
