About the Opportunity

The Client Outreach Specialist helps connect individuals seeking mental healthcare with appropriate services. This role guides prospective clients through the enrollment process, addresses barriers to treatment, and creates a positive initial experience. The position directly supports client engagement, care utilization, and timely access to mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients to explain the enrollment process, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Conduct outbound communications to encourage prospective clients to schedule initial care sessions.
• Advocate for clients by understanding their needs and helping them navigate the mental healthcare system.
• Encourage ongoing clinical utilization and promote adherence to recommended care.
• Verify insurance eligibility to support a smooth onboarding experience.
• Accurately document client interactions, outreach activities, and outcomes in CRM and patient portal systems.
• Manage high-volume outreach workflows while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and remove barriers to care.

Requirements

• Passion for expanding access to mental healthcare and improving healthcare experiences.
• Experience in healthcare customer service, client outreach, or another fast-paced support environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms or patient portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with prospective clients.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and empathy.

Pay

Expected offer range of $60,000–$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
