Client Order Coordinator
About the role
The Client Order Coordinator (Document Processor) position at CSC is ideal for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries. This role involves working directly with Client Service Representatives and a high-profile client, focusing on reviewing and processing legal documents, completing data entry, fulfilling customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing legal documents
- Completing data entry of customer information
- Fulfilling customer orders with various jurisdictions
- Sending accurate results to customers in a timely manner
- Problem-solving issues related to customers and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate quickly across multiple systems
- Strong computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)
- Business to Business Customer Service Experience
- Legal Compliance experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay
CSC provides competitive compensation and benefits, including annual success-sharing bonuses or commission plans based on individual performance.

Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm ET/8am-5pm CT.
