Client Ops Associate II

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to deliver a consistently excellent client experience.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement and take an active role in shaping and implementing future target operating model.
  • Carefully coordinate client account launches and lifecycle events, including Fund Launches, Seg Mandates, New Third Parties, and Closures.
  • Act as a key liaison between functional teams (Client Services, Operations, Technology, Change Management).
  • Understand and effectively communicate client reference data requirements to downstream consumers.
  • Be able to clearly communicate and own issues through to resolution, established thorough understanding of the IMOS end-to-end process.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the Client, Business, Product Development, Operations, Technology & other key Stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deliverables, changing workflows with appropriate levels of escalation.
  • Detail orientated and able to challenge and improve current operating practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
