Client Onboarding Manager (Finance & Accounting Outsourcing)

For our client, we are seeking a Client Onboarding Manager (Finance & Accounting Outsourcing) to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will guide the onboarding and delivery of outsourced accounting services for a diverse client base, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation through ongoing support. You will partner closely with clients and internal accounting professionals to strengthen reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall engagement performance. The position also involves leading remote and offshore teams, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, process improvement, and service excellence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,000 – $192,600 annually Responsibilities Manage onboarding and delivery of outsourced accounting services for clients Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore teams Oversee client onboarding activities, including system setup and process implementation Review management reporting packages and financial statements Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development Monitor engagement performance and client satisfaction Collaborate with clients to identify process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management in public accounting Experience in outsourced accounting or client advisory services Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and financial reporting tools Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Experience leading remote and offshore accounting teams Benefits Shared values fostering inclusion and belonging Opportunities for innovation and engaging work Collaborative environment for career growth and professional development Competitive compensation and total rewards package Flexibility for impactful work and personal life balance Opportunities to connect with diverse professionals Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
