About the role
Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients in the Client Accounting Services division. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for successful client onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to client onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial services or accounting preferred.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for client onboarding.
