Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, momentum, and satisfaction across the engagement lifecycle.
- Understand each customer's goals and ensure nPlan is delivering against them, coordinating internally where needed to resolve issues or improve outcomes.
- Plan and manage onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewal activity to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of nPlan, working with internal teams to support account growth.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across client organizations, ensuring alignment and advocacy.
