Client Manager Regional Accounts (Midwest)

Job Summary

A Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you will provide exceptional support and customer service to your assigned caseload (Employer Groups of 100 to 499 lives), through daily guidance and education of their benefit products. The products you will be working with are LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Life, and an assortment of voluntary and state-specific statutory products.

Skills & Background

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience in employee benefits, client management, or sales support in the employee benefits insurance industry
• Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for resident state within assigned hub
