Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for an assigned book of business.
- Lead client strategy including coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery.
- Provide direction to client service team members and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Act as subject matter expert in Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
- Design, market, and implement insurance programs based on client risk profiles.
- Review contracts, exposures, and coverage requirements.
- Compile underwriting data and engage carriers for optimal program placement.
- Execute daily service tasks including endorsements, certificates, and client requests.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all client deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation.
- Monitor servicing workflows and resolve issues proactively.
- Support billing coordination and policy lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, and Practice Leaders to drive growth and retention.
- Partner with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver client solutions.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carrier partners.
- Support new business development and organic growth strategies.
- Participate in client stewardship and value demonstration efforts.
- Aid in special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the organization at meetings and industry functions as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, carrier appetites, and market conditions.
- Promote best practices across client service operations.
- Contribute to training and development of team members.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License.
- 5–10 years of commercial lines experience.
- Client management and servicing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of P&C coverages.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Professional designations (e.g., CIC, CPCU) preferred.
- Experience with complex or large accounts preferred.
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred.
