Client Manager - Marine Infrastructure

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by leveraging current relationships to identify new opportunities
• Lead comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement strategic plans to mitigate client risks and concerns
• Collaborate with project managers to guarantee successful project outcomes
• Stay updated on regulations affecting waterfront facilities for compliance advantage
• Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives for business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering consulting, public or private sector
• Experience with marine, waterfront, coastal, dredging, and/or resiliency projects

Pay

$130,000 – $170,000 annually
