About the role
Serve as a key connection point between clients, brokers, and internal teams throughout the full account lifecycle. Provide guidance, resolve inquiries, coordinate solutions, and ensure accurate execution across multiple projects and transactions. Strengthen client relationships while contributing to operational improvements and a seamless customer experience.
Accountabilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Manage client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Provide product and process guidance throughout the transaction and account lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to support long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance service delivery, and contribute to team and department initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer-facing roles, and complex process coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting brokers, clients, or other external customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 20-40 projects simultaneously, with increased volume during peak periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain and interpret complex information clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Pro and administrative systems.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and operational processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and manage changing priorities effectively.
