How You'll Make An Impact
- Be the steady point of contact for an assigned group of small business clients
- Manage day-to-day work across routine and moderately complex client accounts
- Keep service on track, bring in the right resources for client's needs, and look for ways to protect existing business while opening the door to more coverage and services
- Help grow trusted relationships with existing clients
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience
- License required
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time
Preferred:
- Experience in account management, client service, insurance, or another relationship-led role
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and keep follow-up organized
- Ability to explain coverage, service, and next steps in simple, clear words
